The Washington Post's weekly Food & Dining section comes out every Wednesday.
In addition to regular articles and essays by staff writers, the section features food critic Tom Sietsema; wine writing by Karen Page and Andrew Dornenburg; the monthly series Chef on Call, in which notable Washington chefs offer lessons and advice to those facing cooking crises; and the occasional series Staff Favorites, in which staff members share a recipe they turn to time and time again.
At washingtonpost.com, look for Kim O'Donnel's blog A Mighty Appetite, as well as three regular live chat sessions: Ask Tom, a weekly live chat with restaurant critic Sietsema; What's Cooking?, a weekly live chat with Kim O'Donnel, and Free Range, a free-for-all exchange with Post food section staffers.
The editor of the Food & Dining section is Joe Yonan. Bonnie Benwick is the assistant food editor. Staff writers are Jane Black and Walter Nicholls.
